Some of you may have read it in the news. Sammo Hung rumoured to be directing a local production film by CRSB & Imagebox titled 'The KL Samurai'.

Inspired by history, this film highlights a tragic love story of a Japanese soldier and a malay woman during a hard time during the Japanese occupation of Malaya in 1942 to 1945 and issues surrounding the Japanese-Malay-Chinese descendants in the land of tranquility and beauty...Malaysia. If you are fan of Hong Kong action-comedy-kungfu flicks in the 70s, 80s, 90s then you must know Sammo Hung. How can you not know about this legendary Hong Kong superstar man! With more than 140 films he has acted and directed under his belt, working closely with Jackie Chan's film in 'Drunken Master' and 'Snake In Eagle's Shadow', one who helped launched the careers of international stars Yuen Biao, Michelle Yeoh, Andy Lau and Cynthia Rothrock, working together with Bruce Lee in 1973 in the opening scene of 'Enter The Dragon'; that my friend is what I called gaining respect!

Thus gaining the nickname 'Big Brother'.
